A novel method for characterisation of DNA in vivo

A novel variant of nucleic acid characterization (FRET) was developed by scientists from Biology centre. The main advantage over the other established techniques is that no extrinsic compounds are introduced allowing investigation of NA structure in various cell types and in native cellular environment.
