P Method of preparing a magnetic composite material and suspension for preparation in this way 2019-86 Magnetic composite materials are usually prepared by modifying a suitable diamagnetic or non-magnetic material. The present method of magnetic modification, enabling extremely fast preparation of magnetic composite materials, is based on thorough mixing of a suspension of magnetic nanoparticles and / or microparticles in highly volatile organic solvents with a selected modified material. Alternatively, it is possible to spray the magnetic suspension onto the modified diamagnetic material. Various types of magnetic suspensions can be used for this purpose, which are characterized by the low boiling point of the organic solvent used, e.g. chloroform, petroleum ether, dichloromethane, acetone or n-pentane or other low-boiling organic compounds. The final magnetically modified product can be obtained in a very short time, usually within 5 to 10 minutes, in contrast to conventional postmagnetization techniques which typically require several hours of drying.
