Frontiers in Physiology and Disease

Over the past years, the use of animals as a model system (Drosophila melanogaster, Pyrrhocoris apterus, Bombyx mori, mouse, rat, …) in biology has a tremendous impact on physiology research.

The international workshop "Frontiers In Physiology and Disease" aims to bring together biologists to discuss new methods and developments in animal and human physiology.

This workshop will cover stress responses, metabolism, hormones, immunity, and human related disease. Experts in each topic will give a lecture and discuss their latest findings.
