My main focus is structural biology. I study structures of proteins and viruses by cryo-electron microscopy. I also use electron microscopy, fluorescence microscopy, live-cell imaging and Raman microscopy to study viral replication in cells. Bc. degree in chemistry, Mgr. degree in biochemistry (both Faculty of Science, University of South Bohemia).
