Description:

The PhD student, based at Entu-BC, will be responsible for building relevant mathematical models under the supervision of TAR, YB, IK and GL. He will also help with the bioinformatic pipeline for DNA metabarcoding samples. IK, TAR, RC and the PhD student will be managing the project in the Czech Republic, while YB and GL will be responsible for the project in Panama.
