Czech-BioImaging and Euro-BioImaging
The Czech-BioImaging is a research infrastructure formed by the leading imaging facilities of the Czech Republic, focused on medical and biological imaging. This infrastructure enables permanent access to the wide range of cutting-edge imaging technologies as well as expertise to both Czech and foreign scientists, who don't have access to it at their own laboratories/institutions. It also supports mutual scientific cooperation by sharing the knowledge and the best practices in the field.

Laboratory of electron microscopy also participates, as a part of Prague node, in European research infrastructure Euro-BioImaging ERIC (EuBI) that allows access to the cutting edge imaging technologies and offers user support, organizes expert workshops, and helps all members with storing and maintenance of biological and biomedical data.
