My journey in Laboratory of Arbovirology started in 2019, as a master's degree student I studied hantaviruses in rodents. Since 2021 I have been working as a professional staff member, nevertheless I still contribute to the research of hantavirues to this day. My main goal is the detection of viruses in ticks, rodents, insectivores and birds using the screening methods of molecular biology. I also work in a BSL3 laboratory with viruses and mouse experimental models. Additionally, I provide OSH and BSL2/3 biohazard training for our employees. I specialise in the following methods: EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree (2016 – 2020) Master's degree (2020 – 2022) THESES: Department of Parasitology, Faculty of Science, University of South Bohemia (2017-2020) Laboratory of Arbovirology, Institute of Parasitology, Biology Centre CAS (2020-2022)
