Postdoktorand se věnuje počítačovému modelování protein-proteinových interakcí. To mu mimo jiné umožňuje předpovědět funkci specifických proteinů klíštěcích slin na základě transkriptomu slinných žláz klíštěte Ixpdes ricinus. Přednáší v rámci Kurzu bioinformatiky na PřF JU a vede diplomové práce studentů. Připravil vlastní kurz Structural and Computational Biology, který bude nabízen studentům PřF JU. Během své účasti na projektu Bioglobe publikoval 5 článků v kvalitních impaktovaných časopisech. Informace v anglické verzi.
